NDIS Services Focused on Whole-Person Wellbeing and Meaningful Daily Progress
At Rising Tides, we support people to live well, feel connected, and move forward with confidence. Our services are shaped by real relationships, strong communication, and a commitment to understanding the whole person. Guided by the Te Whare Tapa Whā model, we focus on physical, mental, spiritual, and family wellbeing so each person feels steady, safe, and supported in every part of life
This page is all about the practical side. What we offer. How we work. And the supports available for NDIS participants who want stability, growth, community, and a genuine team in their corner.
Supported Independent Living
Our SIL homes are warm, modern, and welcoming. They are places where people feel safe, respected, and supported to grow. We use a unique 7-day on, 7-day off roster system, which means consistent support, stable routines, and staff who really know each person they support. We tailor the daily rhythm around the person, helping with cooking, household tasks, personal care, goal setting, budgeting, health routines, and community access.
Short Term Accommodation
Respite that actually feels like a break. We offer everything from relaxed hotel stays to camping adventures and trips to Fraser Island, Mt Tamborine, or the Gold Coast. The aim is simple: rest, reset, and experiences that build confidence and enjoyment.
Community Participation
Connection matters. Each month we run social events such as BBQs, movie nights, fishing days, and activities at our Rising Tides Hub. These moments help people build friendships, reduce isolation, and strengthen belonging.
Programs unique to Rising Tides
Our programs are built into our SIL and Community Participation supports, delivered at no extra cost and can be fully integrated into the way we work with each participant.
